Star Wars: Mandorla By Alex Irvine

Alex Irvine, author of the forthcoming hardcover book about Nomi Sunrider, revealed a tentative title for the story on his blog:
"The Star Wars novel, tentatively titled Mandorla, is now scheduled for December 2011..."
That's December 31, 2011, so mark that date on your calendars!!
What is known about the story? Well - SPOILERS AHEAD -, in an interview, dated October 2009, Alex Irvine made the following remark:
"The story develops the relationship between Nomi and Vima Sunrider and involves a resurgent threat from Sith and Mandalorian forces. Plus I introduce a new character that I抦 really enjoying, a sort of interstellar scavenger who runs across some artifacts that are a little more than he can handle."
And in March of this year, Sue Rostoni revealed that the story takes place around BBY 3980, so that is after the Tales of the Jedi comics, published by Dark Horse...
